CICUS Summer Fleadh, Sevilla, 3 and 4 July

The CICUS Summer Fleadh in the University of Sevilla will bring together a host of Irish sean-nós song and dance for the first time this year on the 3 and 4 July. Musicians will include Lillis Ó Laoire, Sibéal Davitt, Fiachna Ó Mongáin, Tara Connaghan and the Seville-based band Stolen Notes. Over the few days people can enjoy talks about the connection between Irish literature and music to complete the programme. The Fleadh is organised by CICUS (University of Seville Centre for Cultural Initiatives) and is supported by the Irish Embassy in Madrid. More details can be found in the programme.
