The nearest metro station is Rubén Darío, green line number 5, exit Paseo de la Castellana. City bus numbers 14, 27 and 45 also run by the Embassy building.
The Passport office is open to the public Monday to Friday from 10am-2pm. The phone line for passport queries is +34 91 4364093 Monday to Friday 9.30am-1pm. The best way of contacting the Passport office is by email.
If you choose to post your application, we strongly recommend using registered mail or a reputable courier service. The Embassy cannot be held responsible for applications or documents lost in transit.
- A self-addressed 'Postal Express' plastic envelope must be included with every application - available at any Correos office. The alternative is to collect your passport in person at the Embassy or your nearest Honorary Consulate. Otherwise, if you do not include a prepaid envelope, you will be contacted by email to arrange a courier to collect your new passport.
