The Embassy of Ireland in Kampala is a diplomatic mission that was established in Uganda in 1994 to represent the political, economic, social and cultural interests of the Government of Ireland in Uganda. It is responsible for implementing and overseeing the Irish Aid Uganda Development Programme, catering for the consular needs of Irish citizens in Uganda and promoting trade and investment opportunities between the two countries and also cultural interaction between Ireland and Uganda.

The Embassy of Ireland in Uganda also provides visa services to nationals and residents of Uganda and Rwanda.
