Where do I get an application form?

If you are resident outside of Ireland, you need to use an APS2 application form. APS2 forms are available from the Embassy of Ireland, Plot 25 Yusuf Lule, in Kampala.

The Consular Office at the Embassy of Ireland in Uganda is open Monday to Thursday from 10.00am to 12.00pm and from 2.00pm to 4.00pm, and Friday from 10.00am to 12.00am.

You can lodge your application in person at the Embassy from Monday to Friday between these hours.

APS2 forms are available from the British High Commission, Parcelle No 1131, Boulevard de l'Umuganda, Kacyiru-Sud, Kigali, Rwanda.
