Ireland offers fully-funded scholarships for Zambian nationals to study in Ireland. These opportunities are in selected areas to promote capacity building in Zambia. Eligible Masters programmes in Ireland will commence in the period August to September 2024.
The Government of Ireland is working with the Ministry of International Relations and Cooperation in Namibia to provide capacity building in the area international relations / conflict resolution.
This fellowship is in recognition of the achievements, and in memory of Frank Ferguson who was an Irish engineer and innovator who dedicated fifty years of his life to promoting development in Zambia through numerous high-quality infrastructure projects.
On June 16th, the Embassy of Ireland in Lusaka hosted an event celebrating literature from James Joyce and beyond.
